Guest kmtst Report post Posted 01/28/2008 06:13 AM Is there a way to setup a system so that any line could be used either as inbound or outbound. On recieving an inbound call, a set script is started and followed. For outbound calls, these would be triggerd in response to external requests (e.g. a web callback) when just requests that one of anu number of outbound scripts is started now to a single number using any port that is not busy (with either an inbound or outbound call) This would have only one inbound script, but could have a number (20 or even more) possible outbound scripts. Each script would deal with a single call and then end, freeing up the port it was on for use by another script at a later time. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/28/2008 06:27 AM What you describe is how VoiceGuide works by default when it is installed. Outbound calls will use the script specified when the call is loaded, and inbound calls will use the script set for that line/channel. By default any of the free lines is used for outbound calls, or you can optionally specify when loading calls at to which lines/channels can be used to place the outgoing call. You can download the evaluation version form our WWW to see it working on your system. Share this post Link to post
