Naum Report post Posted 01/30/2008 03:01 AM I am using D240JCT-T1 already for a while, it was making outbound calls just fine until few weeks ago. We had the process on idle for a while. Now I am trying to rejuvinate it, but I am getting LsWaitAfterDialingOut : 2086,GCEV_DISCONNECTED,2086,0,0,GCRV_CCLIBSPECIFIC,event caused by cclib specific failure,Temporary failure the same error pops up every line which is trying to dial out. I have attached portion of the log file TempFail.txt Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/30/2008 03:09 AM Trace shows that about 4 seconds after the outgoing call is placed the Dialogic card advised that this call cannot be connected. The "cclib specific failure/Temporary failure" error is a generic message, and is what is supplied if the DISCONNECTED came from the Telco Switch itself. You should check is the Green status light is on the Dialogic card and if you can place calls using the ISDIAG tool. ISDIAG will let you do ISDN level traces and if you can see the DISCONNECT message arriving from the Telco Switch then you should contact the Telco to ask them why are they not connecting the call. 184850.42 2 lineMakeCall=>[] 184850.42 2 timer set 70 EV_TIMEOUT_MAKECALL_NORESPONSE 184854.41 2 tw DialogicEvent 2086,GCEV_DISCONNECTED,2086,0,0,GCRV_CCLIBSPECIFIC,event caused by cclib specific failure,Temporary failure 184854.41 2 event GCEV_DISCONNECTED, iCode=2086 state=5200 Share this post Link to post
