Auto Startup On Windows 2000

I tried the auto startup method illustrated in this forum.

However, it requires someone to logon the machine to activate the vg in startup folder.

... this is not "Auto" at all.

 

I tried to start vg as scheduled tasks. However, it does not work as a service.

 

Any clue?
