SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/07/2008 05:46 AM The "Status Monitor" application can be used to monitor the channel status. You should be able to see that app on the VG's Start menu, else look in VG's directory. In VoiceGuide v6 the Status Monitor displays essentially what the VoiceGuide v6 app itself displays if less then 8 channels are opened. In VoiceGuide v7 the Status Monitor application has many more additional fields. Share this post Link to post

Status monitor is displaying 'State display disabled' for all lines as indicated in attached GIF. How do we enable status monitoring to display status of PRI channels on Dialogic D/240JCT-T1 card? SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/09/2008 03:05 AM The screen shot you attached shows the VoiceGuide v6 application itself, not the Status Monitor application. Look in the Start->Programs->VoiceGuide menu for the application called Status Monitor, or look for application called vgStatusMonitor.exe in VoiceGuide's home directory (usually C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide) Share this post Link to post
