Voiceguide Installation Problem

I have an older dialogic card (SR 5.1.1). I am attempting to install Voiceguide version 6.0 from the website downloads. This is the error I get:

 

"Run-time error '339'

 

Component 'ktTel.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered; a file is missing or invalid"

 

Any ideas on what this file might be?

This error usually occurs if the Dialogic drivers are not installed. Can you try installing the SR5.1.1 SP1 and see if that makes a difference.

Unfortunately, I do not have the CD that came with the card. I tried doing a hardware install pointing to the "DRVR" directory under the dialogic folder from the old computer. Apparently, this is not sufficient to get what I need.

 

I tried looking at the Dialogic Website to find the card's software, but of the selections nothing matches SR5.1 SP1. Are you familiar with the Dialogic Website? If so, which selection should I make to get the correct software driver? Your help is much appreciated.

It is D/4PCI SR5.1.1 ver DNA5

I'd be tempted to try the SR6.0 with VoiceGuide v7.

 

You may find that SR6.0 will recognize this card.

 

Otherwise I'd try the SR 5.1.1 FP1 SU149.
