Guest solaroid Report post Posted 02/19/2008 07:16 AM I'm trying to set up a system where the user can input different 4-digit numbers, and my system will play the corresponding audio file to that number. But I can't get the transfer to work - VG seems to only recognize single digit inputs. Also, when I try to transfer to Voicemail Autoattendant or Voicemail Retrieve, the system hangs up on me. See the "Credit Card Payment" demo script. if I want to dial out to transfer a call, do I need a separate phone line connected to my Dialogic card to dial out? For 'Dial-and-Conference' transfers yes, but not if doing a 'Hookflash' type transfer. Share this post Link to post

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
