Guest solaroid Report post Posted 02/20/2008 08:00 AM I want to set up a script so that when I input "1234" into a get numbers module, my dialogic card will dial out to a separate cellphone number through a transfer call module. I have a 4-line dialogic D4PCIUF with 2 lines hooked up in the back. When a user calls in (using one line) and inputs 1234, the script doesn't seem to transfer it to the separate cell number. In the transfer module, I tried both "3-way conference call" and "dialout and conference." The outbound dialer program works, however. I tried it. Please help. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/20/2008 09:00 AM You would not be able to use Dial and Conference with the D/4PCIU card. You need a D/41JCT card or better to do Dial and Conference. Does the PBX or switch from which these lines are supplied supports hookflash transfers or 3-way conferencing? Are you able to do transfers or 3-way conferences when using a telephone handset attached to those lines? How do you do a 3-way conference when doing it manually using a telephone handset? I am not using a PBX. I am using Vonage (www.vonage.com) phone service - internet phone service, and connect a telephone line from the Vonage box to the back of my D/4PCIU. Do I need a PBX to do outbound calling? (I have two lines connected to Vonage box and D/4PCIU). If I need a PBX, can you recommend a vendor and a model? Can Vonage service works with a PBX? SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/20/2008 02:41 PM Does Vonage allow you to do 3-way transfers or hookflash transfers? I think the easiest approach would be to get a D/41JCT card and do "Dial and Conference" transfers. Share this post Link to post
