SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/29/2003 04:04 AM The Dialogic Diagnostics Utility sometimes returns false errors, have you tried installing the TAPI and WAVE drivers for the card as per instructions in the VoiceGuide Help file ? http://www.katalinatech.com/vghelp/html/In...allDialogic.htm Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/01/2003 12:20 AM Guess I'd start looking at what else on your system may have the same interrupt as the Dialogic card, and/or try different interrupt (IRQ) settings for the card... Share this post Link to post
Guest Sean Report post Posted 12/09/2003 06:11 PM I just ran into that problem last night with the D/21D and the problem was I had the jumper set wrong for the interupt on the board. My system configured a board to use irq 4 and I had it set on irq 5 thus, it gave me that exact error. The irq jumpers start at 2 and go to seven. When looking at the board with the jumpers at the top, IRQ 2 is the first set of pins on the right and go 3,4,5,6,7 to the left. This post is a little old, but maybe this info will help someone else. And also, make sure no other device is using the same interupt. Share this post Link to post
