After this I made test on the other mb (507) and record to mailbox ca 48 minutes. SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/26/2008 10:49 PM Trace shows that the recording was stopped as the Dialogic card reported hearing a Disconnected tone on the line. You should modify the disconnect tone settings to reduce the likelihood of false Disconnect tone detections. Ultimately using T1/E1 ISD lines would be the only way to protect yourself 100% from false Disconnect detections. Share this post Link to post
