Transfer Calls

I have 4 lines come direct from STC and it will be connected to IVR 4port

card and I have another two lines inside the PBX , if I want to transfer

any call to these two lines , should I put analog card and put ATA or should

I put digital card .

 

Also I think we can't put any waiting message when the two lines are busy.

If you want to transfer calls that arrived on the external lines to the PBXs extensions then you will need to do "Dial and Conference" (tromboned) type transfers.

 

To do these transfers you will need to use D/41JCT or D/120JCT cards.

 

A better option may be to have the IVR connected to extensions on the PBX. That way calls can be transferred using normal hookflash transfers.
