Hello All,

 

I'm looking for an auto dialer script that can do the following...

 

Dial out on 4 lines.

Voice Mail answers - Play "Message 1", Hang up.

Live Person Answers - Play "Message 2"; and then...

If person dials "1" within 5 seconds after message completes, transfer caller to extension "101";

If person dials "2" within 5 seconds after message completes, transfer caller to extension "201";

If person dials "3" within 5 seconds after message completes, transfer caller to extension "301";

If person dials "4" within 5 seconds after message completes, replay "Message 2";

If person dials nothing withing 5 seconds after message completes, hang up.

 

I have a Dialogic D/120JCT Card, and I'm running Windows XP Professional.

 

I'd also like to know the best version (i.e. least expensive, yet very reliable version) of Voice Guide to buy to accomplish this.

You would need an 8 line license of VoiceGuide Professional+Dialer license.

 

Reason for an 8 port license is because the call transfers would probably need to be made using "Dial and Conference" as this PBXs probably will not allow you to transfer outgoing calls to another extension.

 

If the PBX does allow you to transfer outgoing calls to another extension then only a 4 line Professional+Dialer license is needed.

 

Try dialing out and then trying to transfer the call and see if your PBX allows it.
