The company only releases 1 phone number 11 in company's contact infomation. Can VoiceGuide be set up to roll over to another avaolable line 22,33,44 when 11 is busy? Thanks for your help. SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/07/2008 04:51 AM You need to speak with the Telephone Company that supplies the lines to set this up. This is a very common request and should be no problem for them to set this up. VoiceGuide just answers the calls that arrive on the lines. Its the telephone company that decides on which line the call should be arriving. Share this post Link to post
