This suggests that in all cases the disconnect tone was detected by the Dialogic card and VoiceGuide truncated the recordings to make sure no Disconnect tone was actually in the recordings. We'd need to see the VoiceGuide traces to confirm that this is what happened, but this is the most likely explanation. And if the Dialogic card detected the disconnect tone and VoiceGuide truncated the recorded messages as a result of it, then VoiceGuide would have hung up the line as well.
