SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/11/2008 07:33 AM Yes, you can record both sides of a call when a call is connected using "Dial and Conference" (ie: 'Tromboned') transfer. There is a VoiceGuide COM function which you call to start the recording of both legs of the call into a .WAV file. This functionality is included in v7 of VoiceGuide.
