Hello Support

 

I cannot understand why it doesnt works. After dialing a number the line hungs up

 

1. I have VG Version 5.2.5049 Professional.Vg Dialer Single Line Registered to me.

2. Talk Voice 2LV + PCI Board REv.B

3. My PBX is Auerswald (COMpact 2104.2 USB)

For placing outgoing calls you should use a Dialogic card.

 

Most other devices have problems dialing out, as we can again see here.

 

Trace shows that this card is reporting a DISCONNECTED tone about 6 seconds after dialing.

 

There is nothing that we can do from the software point of view. The card reports a DISCONNECTED state and that’s the end of the call.

A hookflash transfer is different then a new outgoing call. Also the card can behave differently on transfers then on new outgoing calls.

 

If there are some configuration settings on that card which would stop it from dropping the call six seconds after the number is dialed then you can try working with those settings to see if you get better results.
