Tested with Talker32 & horoscope look fine. but when i running VG 6 demo script (credit payment.vgs), call have been received but no sound hear from palying wav files. we using wav format from u-law. what wrong with my installation? Please try with the default sound files as installed by VoiceGuide. You can see in trace that VoiceGuide is reporting that the sound file is in invalid format. 002637.925 play pcm Invalid input file format. Input WAV file must be PCM. Guest ekomarto Report post Posted 03/22/2008 01:59 AM oke, after try some change, upgrade VG 6.0.3377 to 6.0.3379 and re-installing TSP & wav driver, now i can hear a sound but sound like noises all and i can not hear a human language. what is still wrong with my installation, do you any sugestion ?? SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/22/2008 09:34 AM v6 does not use TAPI, so there is no need to install the TAPI or WAV drivers. Not sure why the files would not be playing right. You could try using .VOX files instead of .WAV files. Just specify a .VOX files instead on the "Play file" line. Try using the .VOX file used by the Voice Horoscope demo. Share this post Link to post
Guest ekomarto Report post Posted 03/29/2008 10:08 AM hello again, after so many trial, now i can hear demo sound (in telephone) from voiceguide (credit payment) with this install configuration: install winxp SP2 with .net 2.0 and .net 3.0 install dialogic SR 5.1.1 install Dialogic FP1 install board D/41D install VG 6.0.3379 install VG 7.0.5 because if i install only vg6 sound demo cannot hear (noise only); if i install vg7 only, so the line dialogic cannot open by vg7 (line dialogic open by vgmulti.exe from vg6, doesn't exist on vg7 installation); so i install vg6 and then vg7. what do you think about this install configuration? if it installation is correct, the problem is about license when i want to buy VG, what license i must buy, vg6 or vg7? do you have other suggestion ? SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/29/2008 10:53 AM There is no reason to install both v6 and v7, and although both can co-exist at the same time only one application or another can actually control the Dialogic card. If VG v7 is controlling the card then the "VoiceGuide IVR" service would be started. If VG v6 is controlling the card then you will be able to see the VG v6 application running and the line status display in the App will show the line being answered etc. Share this post Link to post
