I have been unable to make the voicemail system module (GetNumbers4) with in my script return to the main menu (Play 2) of script. I have attached a copy of my script and would like to know if it is possible for someone to check my path in voicemail system module (GetNumbers4)

 

On {Success} Goto [Voicemail Box $RV[GetNumbers4]] Return [Play 2]

On {Fail} Goto [Play 7]

On {Timeout 10} Goto [Play 7]

The path looks fine.

 

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?

 

Are you trying to return by pressing "0" from the main voicemail menu or are you trying to return from a different part of the Voicemail system?

 

Could you please send us a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)
