diabco Report post Posted 03/28/2008 06:05 PM Using D/240JCT and v7 but cannot get the system to make a call. The system says 'Dialing' but it flashes real quick and disappears without making a call. SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/28/2008 10:53 PM Instructions on setting up ISDN lines can be found here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/ht...igisdnsetup.htm As per instructions you may need to test with ISDAIG first and do traces (using ISDIAG) on incoming calls to see if any custom non-standard fields are used by the Telco on this T1. We do offer an installation service where we log into your system over the internet using www.logmein.com or VNC or similar.
