I setup Voice Guide software and run but face a problem. I send a pictue that contains problem. This error show "Run-time error '339'. Component 'ktTel.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

Most likely the Dialogic drivers have not been installed.

 

Please install the Dialogic drivers and ensure the Dialogic service is started before installing VoiceGuide.

I am not use Dialogic Card. I am use SmartUSB56 Voice Modem. This is same error.

VoiceGuide v6 only works with Dialogic cards.

 

If you have a voice modem then you must use VoiceGuide v5.

 

A Dialogic cards will give better results then a voice modem. Most voice modms are unreliable.
