When I use "VoiceGuideDialogic_6.0.0.3363" VG version and Dialogic Card.

For this system vg.ini file contains ---

 

[Log]

 

VoiceGuide=10

NumberLoader=0

VoicemailManager=0

EmailSender=0

TapiWrapOcx=10

SapiWrapOcx=0

 

and this System ok.

But when I use "vg5.2.5049" VG version and SmartUSB Modem.

For this system vg.ini file contains --

VoiceGuide=0

NumberLoader=0

EmailSender=0

TapiWrapOcx=0

SapiWrapOcx=0

 

Is this ok ? Reply is this system ok or not.

These are just the log settings. You can enable full logging by setting those setting to 10 or disable them by setting them to 0.

Trace logs are created in the \log\ subdirectory.

Suggest you test it to see if you find it suitable for your needs. Voice modems are not the right equipment to use for outbound calls.
