We just installed voice guide, and start trying the script designer, then, if there is a script sample for my industry, security brokerage, that would be the best way for us to go now.

Yes, we need to do the buy/sell order, checking balance, and access back to available agents upon request. The text-to-speech functions are also necessary (Vietnamese).

Do you have a database which stores all this information already?

 

If you do then I think you should speak to the people who setup your existing system to find out what SQL queries would need to be issued to your existing system to retrieve all this information from it and to update it.

 

The script would be fairly straightforward. Just use Get Number modules to get data from callers, and use DB Query modules to retrieve or set relevant data from/to the database and use Say Number modules to speak back the data.
