Voiceguide Doesn't Answer Calls

Hello.

 

I'm working with VoiceGuide for Dialogic 6.0.2028 and I'm using SR 5.1.1 drivers. My problem is that VoiceGuide stops answering calls after some hours working. Usually, when I reboot my computer, it works again, but today it is not working even after rebooting the machine.

 

The trace log shows the following message "do not answer call - still awaiting re-init after last call" after the "callstate OFFERING" message. What does it mean? What should I do for re-initing the line?

The trace files were not attached.

 

Can you please first update to the latest v6 available from our WWW, and then post traces form that version if problems still occur.
