era Report post Posted 04/13/2008 09:56 AM Dear Sir I also successful outgoing call but I face a problem. I attach two mobile number: "01199889886", "01714164747" in my text file. Both are dial but "01199889886" is outgoing dial and user are receive or "01714164747" is not outgoing dail. How can I understand one is dial other is not dial. These both numbers are same status in "OutDialQue" database that I sending by attachment. Otherwise both number are dial but one is receive and other not receive by user. How can I identify ? SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/13/2008 10:27 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the outgoing calls, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 CallLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 ktTel=10 ktTts=0 Then restart VG and load the new calls. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. You posted same question in another thread.
