kyrrin Report post Posted 04/14/2008 08:59 PM VoiceGuide Support, I will soon be replacing our Dialogic D/41E-PCI card with a newer D/41JCT-LS. I'm certain this will have an effect on my unique key, as I had it nailed to our voice card when I first ordered VG. So, my question is: Once I get the new card installed, do I just E-mail you the appropriate info for a new key? I'm running V6 for VoiceGuide, and will be running Dialogic System 6.0, if that helps any. Thanks much. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/14/2008 11:12 PM What will happen to the old card? If it's not used then you can just keep in the same system and then the license will still work. Just select for the lines to be opened on the new card instead. Please contact sales@voiceguide.com about all licensing questions. Share this post Link to post

The old card is going to be moved to a different system, and used with different software for multichannel audio recording in a radio-monitoring application. I will contact the sales address you specified. Thanks. Share this post Link to post
