SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/17/2008 06:24 AM Screenshot shows that the VoiceGuide v7 is running already on this system. You can see the VoiceGuide IVR icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. The error is showing that VoiceGuide v6 cannot access the Dialogic card - which is understandable because VoiceGuide v7 is already controlling the Dialogic card. Why are you trying to run VoiceGuide v6? Uninstall VoiceGuide v6 from your system and just use VoiceGuide v7. Share this post Link to post
