Voice Guide Registration Problems

We have a problem with our Voice Guide Software.

 

Suddenly this morning, Voice Guide stopped functioning and it is saying Voice Guide Software NOT Registered, but it is registered.

 

When I try to enter our registration information, VG says its NOT Valid Registration Information???

 

We need this fixed ASAP as in right now, as we cannot operate our business right now.

 

I have attached a screenshot to show you whats going on.

 

Please Help.

Our Current Registration Information does not work.

 

It seems the registration information we have here on file that we tried to use to activate Voice Guide does not work because the System ID has since changed.

 

I think you need to supply us with a NEW Registration Code.

 

I have sent you several emails regarding this issue.

In v5 and v6 of VoiceGuide you need to ensure that the Dialogic service is fully started before starting VoiceGuide.

 

You can use the Dialogic Configuration Manager application to confirm if the Dialogic service is started. Once it is started then you can start VoiceGuide.

 

In v7 VoiceGuide will start the Dialogic Service for you automatically if it is not started beforehand, so this type of situation would not occur.
