SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/27/2008 11:09 AM You need to ensure that the sound files that you play before and after the spoken number are recorded in the same format as VoiceGuide's system sound files (in VG's \voice\ subdirectory). The Say Number module takes your sound files and concatenates them with the system sound files, so all sound files need to be of the same format. Which version of VoiceGuide are you using? SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/28/2008 11:37 AM Are you using uLaw or ALaw sound files? Please stop VG service, delete all traces, then start VG service and make the test/demo call demonstrating the problem - ie. use the before/after sound files in the Say Number module. Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces created by VG after restart and the VoiceGuide script used. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
