The problem is when I try to add a second number to call to redirect to Voiceguide. When I call this second number, the PBX redirect the call to HMP, but with 5070 port (the PBX manager told me that it's impossibile toh ave two trunks in Cisco with the same port) And I have no answer (with WireSkark i see it) The question? It's possibile to use different ports with HMP and Voiceguide? How can I solve this problem? Thank's in advance Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/28/2008 09:53 AM All SIP messaging needs to arrive directed to the same port (5060). Not sure about the trunk configuration options on the Cisco, but it should be setup in such a way that all calls sent to VoiceGuide use port 5060 for SIP signaling. Can the same "Trunk "on the Cisco handle multiple calls? Or can the "Trunk" only handle one call at a time? Usually I'd expect to see the VoIP PBX to have one "Trunk" configured to point to the external IP address, but multiple calls can be carried over that one trunk. Share this post Link to post
