Intermittent Problem Line Not Disconnected

Hi,

 

We are experimenting some intermittent problems whith one line not hanging up. We have a volume of 20-30 calls per hour, and at least once or twice a week, one of the four lines does not hang up (not always the same).

 

VG: 6.0.3107

Dialogic D/41JCT (4 lines ) Software 5.1.89

 

I don't know where to start to diagnose this problem.

 

I though updating Voiceguide software to the latest V6 version, and update Dialogic system to R6.0 would be a good start.

 

If you have any suggestion on what else I could look at, I would appreciate.

 

BTW, can I just download the latests V6 voiceguide version and install it over the old one, or there is some other path to this upgrade ?
