Guest newpop1 Report post Posted 05/21/2008 01:17 AM Hello, we purchased 23 licenses of Voiceguide 7 Ent_Dialer, we opened license manager and copied the 4 lines into the license details box, clicked activate and it said we needed to restart the service. We restarted the PC and the license manager does not show anything, it remains blank. How do we know that the license was applied? Thank You Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/21/2008 01:39 AM For now the license detail is just shown in the vgEngine log file. Look for a line that has a tag "reg" in front of it. That line is placed in log file during service startup. Soon the LineStatus application will be able to display what sort of license is used on the system, so you will no longer need to look in the vgEngine log file ot confirm that the license did take as expected.
