Hi,

I've installed the Voice drivers for my Voice Modem. I confirmed this by setting up my answering machine on my Modem, and it works fine.

 

However, when I try to use this Modem with VoiceGuide, I get the error LINEERR_INVALMEDIAMODE.

VoiceGuide v5 uses TAPI and Wave interfaces. Looks like Voice capable TAPI drivers are not installed for the voice modem you are using.
