Scrip For Pbx

Hi,

 

I woul like to ask about scrip design.

Iwas succes for install VG. 7 With dialogic Card D41/D. Iwould like to make Auto Attendant & Voicemail system only for Siemens PBX Hipath 3000. There are many conditional in the scrip leike :

- If No Answer

- If Busy

- If Dial Wrong number/Extension

I have set extension number in PBX start from 100 until 200. My probem is ;

1. how ican dial all extension in PBX ?

2. What parameter I have been set in the scrip design, if I was dial wrong number ? example If some one dial extension 201, cause i only set extension number from 100 until 200.

You would need to check in script that the extension is valid. Also I imagine that if the wrong extension was transferred to the PBX would return the call back – you’d need to check and see how your PBX is set up. Similar on No-Answer or Busy.

 

Siemens Hipath supports Inband signaling on analog extensions, and you can use that to receive form PBX information on the call that the PBX is sending on that line.

 

What Dialogic drivers are you using with the D41/D card?
