wmedina Report post Posted 05/30/2008 03:20 PM Is there any program out there that will read from word(or their own notepad) and convert the lines to speaking voices so it can be used for the wav files used with voice guide? Can you recommend something? I know you have the service to create wav files but it the answer change very often , I want to use something in house. I am trying to avoid using any voice from employes in the IVR. Thanks Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/30/2008 10:30 PM Sounds like you want to use a "Text to Speech" TTS engine. Please see our Downloads page for a list of Text to Speech engines which can be used (pretty much any TTS can be used as they all support SAPI). The TTS engines will let you create .WAV file prompts which you can then use in your IVR. Professional live person recordings will sound better then TTS. Share this post Link to post
