RNagy Report post Posted 05/31/2008 05:22 AM I recently upgraded the Dialogic card to D/4PCIVF and 6.0 version drivers that came with the card. It worked ok a week ago. But I reinstalled Voiceguide from the Download link on your website. Now, none of the card's lines show up in the Line Status Monitor, and it is not answering the calls. Is there a common solution to this one? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/31/2008 09:03 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the system startup, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 CallLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 ktTel=10 ktTts=0 Then restart VG. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/31/2008 10:51 PM Trace from 29th May (0529_1011) shows that the system starts fine and the 4 channels on the Dialogic card are opened OK. But subsequent traces show VoiceGuide not even starting up properly or unable to open the Dialogic channels. What is the "Service Update" version of System Release drivers that you installed on the system? Recommend that you uninstall the Dialogic drivers and install the SU184 version that is linked to from our Downloads page. Ensure the Dialogic drivers find your card and maybe test the setup using one of the demo programs supplied by Dialogic. When the demo programs are working you should then be able to reinstall VoiceGuide and use it again. Share this post Link to post
