Wisecom Voice, Data, Fax Modem

Can somebody tell me where I can get the win2kdrivers for my WISECOM, voice, data, fax, 56000 (5614ES2AG) device so I can test voiceguide?

Have you got that modem to work ? I've exactly the same wisecom modem, but i can't get the wave drivers to work. In my devicemanager (WinXP) i have no entry for my Modem under 'Audio, Video and Game Controllers'.

Under 'Modems' the modem installed as 'Rockwell RC56D2 Serial pnP,v90, k56flex Voice Speakerphone'

 

 

Any suggestions ?

Looks like that modem does not install any Wave drivers... I'd recommend just trying another modem...

Ok, I got it to work.

 

I forgot that win XP is based upon NT. Under Win ME or Win98 the Wavedriver for this modem was installed.

Although NT did not support Voice modems, XP does support Voice Modems...

 

The modem's drivers for XP must still set up the modem as a Voice modem, and in this case it looks like this modem's XP drivers did not set it up correctly...
