SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/06/2008 03:11 AM Trace shows that you are trying to use the COM interface from the verification VBScript in module [Money Order Get Phone] The COM interface are only supported in the Enterprise version of VoiceGuide. The log reports this se: 031530.67 0 ERROR: COM interface not supported in this version. You may be able to save the verification result in a 'Result File', otherwise you will need to upgrade to the Enterprise license. I notice that you are using a voice modem, a MultiTech MT5656ZDXV.
