Unique System Id

I want to register my version (V.7) of voiceguide and i use dialogic card and i read that unique ID that wanted will be based on card

 

My Question is If i want to add one more dialogic card with current one is these requir new license or no

The license is linked to one Dialogic card. If you add another card then you can add more lines to the same license.
