Transfer In External Number Fails

I have a problem with the program

I have the Aureswald 2104 USB telephone PBX

When someone calls me and i'm transfering the call to an internal line everything is OK.

The problem is when i want to rtransfer the call to an external number.

The call to the external line is succesful but when from the outside line the call accepted then the call hangs up.

I try both PBX Blind transfer and PBX announced with no luck.

The person who makes the call he's still waiting in the line but the call hanged to the external line.

I'm sending 2 logs, the first one is from the transfer to internal number (success) and the second to external number (fail)

Many PBXs do not allow 'hookflash' type transfers to externs numbers.

You need to use the "Dial and Conference" (tromboned) type transfer in these situations.
