SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/25/2008 09:34 PM You can try setting up a multiple line VoIP based system to function over cable/ADSL, but it’s not advisable as in such setups you do not usually have guaranteed bandwidth and will see packet loss and/or delay. Before making calls over the Cable/ADSL try placing calls into system by just directly dialing its IP address from softphone or VoIP handset on the same LAN. This will confirm for you if the system is working. You can then try setting up your router/gateway/etc to accept/make VoIP calls over the cable/ADSL. Share this post Link to post
