Skutch As-4a And Dialogic Card

I have a Skutch AS-4A line simulator that I am trying to get to work wit a Dialogic card. We have installed on the correct port on the Dialogic card, but we cannot get our IVR system to recognized it. Any help or suggestions?

If you place a call from a line simulator and the Dialogic card does not detect and incoming call then either the line simulator or the Dialogic card or the wiring between them is faulty.

 

Does the Dialogic card detect and answer calls when a normal telephone line is plugged into it? If yes then it would suggest that the line simulator is faulty, and if no then maybe the Dialogic card is.
