SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/04/2008 11:42 PM Yes. You will need to use ISDN lines for your system to achieve this, not normal analog lines. If you use ISDN lines you can start playing the message immediately when the receiver of call picks up the handset. The Telco will send a message on the ISDN line informing you that the call has been answered and VoiceGuide looks out for that message and can then start playing the specified sound file (or start the script) immediately.
