I use a Agere System PCI Soft Modem wich work (I taste it with another Software, TimTel, a text terminal emulator) VoiceGuide launched, if I call the number of my phone line, where the modem is connected, VoiceGuide don't Lift Up. Someone says me that I have to change Modem's configuration but i don't find in an option linked to the automatic lift up. Somebody can help me ? Thanks Share this post Link to post

If you can post the traces from VoiceGuide we can confirm this: Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 CallLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 ktTel=10 ktTts=0 Then restart VG. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces . When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
