Vg 5.2.5 Not Indentifying Ani

Hi

We have following things:

Card : D/41JCT with setting on VG as Analog.

VG ver: First upgarded to 5.2.4 then upgraded to 5.2.5

 

Caller ID is not getting identified.

 

I am still facing the probelm of ANI, I found some old traces back when I was using 5.2.4.

 

I am attaching two sets of files one where ANI is getting recoganized using 5.2.4 and other where ANI is not getting recoganized using 5.2.5

 

Please review both the sets and let me know what is wrong with the setup or what I need to do that makes VG again recoganizes ANI.

 

Please help us to resolve this issue ASAP.

 

We now need to recoganize ANI Desperately.

We recommend that v5 not be used with Dialogic cards.

 

If using Dialogic cards you will need to using v7 of VoiceGuide.

 

No further development is carried out on v5 of VoiceGuide.

What is the process of using V7. Is it upgrade to V5 or I need to purchase again.

v7 would be an upgrade. The upgrade terms are listed at the bottom of the WWW order form.

 

As another alternative you could try v6. Your v5 registration code will work with v6.
