Error Invg Service

We are getting this about every 2-3 days of running Voice Guide.

 

Faulting application vgivrservice.exe, version 7.0.3.0, stamp 483ae478, faulting module mscorwks.dll, version 2.0.50727.1433, stamp 471ef729, debug? 0, fault address 0x000f675b.

 

any thoughts?

Can you post traces capturing the time when this happens. Please post both the vgEngine and the ktTel traces and 3 or more examples would be great, we can then confirm at what point the problem occurs.
