On both occasions VoiceGuide was exited after the "Exit" Command button was pressed by user... What is the error message that you are seeing on the screen? Can you post a screenshot? Also please note that many TAPI drivers are not reliable. For a professional system you should look at getting a Dialogic card and using VoiceGuide v7. Share this post Link to post

Please ensure you have the latest Microsoft patch for the MSJET40.DLL. Microsoft information about this can be found here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/239114 We'd recommend updating to the latest MDAC (Microsoft's Data Access Components) that will run on your system - see: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-au/data/aa937729.aspx Also please note that many TAPI drivers are not reliable.
