Vg Not Answer

Traces shows that the Dialogic ports could not be opened. Suggest you confirm correct Dialogic operation using some of Dialogic’s own demo programs.

I do not understand what they say to me. They can be more specific?

I have any problem with VGservices or Dialogic services?

Traces show that when VoiceGuide asks Dialogic to open the lines the Dialogic drivers respond with an error.

 

To verify that Dialogic is working properly you can try using the demo programs from Dialogic. Are the demo programs answer incoming calls OK?

You need to contact the Dialogic card supplier to establish whether the card they supplied is faulty or not (or not installed properly etc).
