Guest alok@siplnet.com Report post Posted 07/19/2008 12:30 PM I have done that but it is not working. Includes vg.ini file for your reference. vg.txt Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/19/2008 02:52 PM VG.INI looks OK. After restarting VoiceGuide did you look in VoiceGuide's \log\ subdirectory? Share this post Link to post
Guest alok@siplnet.com Report post Posted 07/22/2008 03:49 AM Yes, log files are getting created properly. But when I click on Event Trace Log it shows the error as shown before. I have included the pic for your reference. Event trace log use to help me to see the information which are happening live on a particular call instead of me trying to see all the call details. Let me know how to resolve it. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/22/2008 04:21 AM The message you are seeing when you select that menu is not en error, it's an information message that tells you that in that version of VoiceGuide the trace will not be displayed by VoiceGuide but can be saved to file instead, and tells you how to enable saving to file. Are the trace files being created in the \log\ subdirectory now? You can use attached application to view the trace/log files in realtime. Just open the file you want to view in it.
