Guest grzegorzj Report post Posted 07/22/2008 06:31 AM Hello I have VG installation with Fritz Card PCI and I can`t hear anything in IVR. I call to IVR number, i see that sth is playing but I can`t hear this sound file. I don`t use ComISDN because our own software can do transfer call. Any suggestion? Best Regards Grzesiek J. SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/22/2008 06:44 AM I assume that you are using version 5 of VoiceGuide ? Sometimes to get Windows to resolve the Wave drivers properly it is necessary to remove all Wave drivers from the system and just install the one that you want to use (Fritz). Suggest you try this first and if that still does not work the contact Fritz to see if they can advise why their Wave driver is not working. The trace files from VoiceGuide may also contain some helpful information here. Share this post Link to post
Guest grzegorzj Report post Posted 07/22/2008 07:00 AM Hello Thank You for advise. I will try to deinstall other sound drivers. In attachment there are logs from VG. Best Regards, Grzesiek 0722tw.txt 0722vgm.txt Share this post Link to post
Guest grzegorzj Report post Posted 07/23/2008 07:45 AM Hello. I sent info to Fritz and now I am waiting for response. But why VG cannot play sound when Fritz can do this? I have ISDN adapter connected to my Optiset telephone - which is the same what ISDN NT. When I am calling to isdn number VG show that are playing welcome message but I cannot hear this in my receiver. But i hear all sound from telephone on computer speakers. SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/23/2008 10:26 AM But i hear all sound from telephone on computer speakers. Please remove all Wave drivers from the system (including the Wave drivers for your sound card) and then just install the one that you want to use (Fritz). It look like Windows Wave driver resolver has a bug(?) which sometimes results in what you are seeing. Does the Fritz demo software you use actually use the Wave driver, or is it maybe accessing the card though Frtiz's own API. Share this post Link to post
