iTime Report post Posted 07/28/2008 09:17 PM Dear Support, I am using VoiceGuide Ver. 7 (latest) with Dialogic D/4PCI. I noticed that I cannot get caller IDs from a script using $RV_CIDNUMBER. I checked the "ktTel" log and it is showing the following: GetCallerIdInfo begin 165601.986 2588 002 CLIDINFO_CMPLT returned 165601.986 2588 002 CLIDINFO_CMPLT error [128]:[Caller ID info/sub-msg not available] 165601.986 2588 002 CLIDINFO_GENERAL error [128]:[Caller ID info/sub-msg not available] 165602.002 2588 002 CLIDINFO_CALLID error [128]:[Caller ID info/sub-msg not available] assign strCLIDINFO_CALLID: 165602.002 2588 002 setting strCLIDINFO_CALLID to NOTAVAILABLE 165602.002 2588 002 CLIDINFO_FRAMETYPE error [128]:[Caller ID info/sub-msg not available] I believe the line is supposed to pick up the ID. I am attaching the call logs. I also changed the value for <RingsBeforeAnswer> in config.xml to 2 as suggested. Please let me know what is wrong. Thanks. Logs.zip Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/28/2008 10:35 PM The ktTel trace shows that the Dialogic card reports that it has not detected ay CallerID information. Which Telco is supplying those lines? Do you know in what format the CallerID information is sent on those lines? Share this post Link to post
