SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/08/2003 07:32 AM Looks like $RV_STARTTIME was only set on incoming calls - not on outgoing calls that you are using in your application. This has been fixed and will be set properly in v5.1 Beta2 onwards. A workaround in the meantime is to build the Date/Time string at the beginning of the script in an Evaluate Expression module using $RV_DD, $RV_MM, $RV_HH etc... and save result into another Result Variable - you can then use that Result Variable in the email message instead. SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/08/2003 10:41 AM I've just went back to check this on our test system and it all works fine when specifying CC and BCC fields as well.. Can you double check the email addresses used, and see if maybe the SMTP server used by the system is holding up emails with BCC specified?
